The drama unfolds at the Ecuador embassy where it is suggested the UK
government in threatening to enter the Ecuador embassy to arrest Julian Assange
under a old law which may allow them to do this.
Assange is wanted for questioning by the Swedish government based on a claim
that he had been involved in assault and rape which he denies.
He also fears that should he be extradited to Sweden that this will allow the
USA to have him sent to them to face charges regarding a mass leaked diplomatic
cables that embarrassed several governments.
