Sir Mervyn King Gives Gloomy Forecast - 9th August 2012

The bank of England releases some pretty depressing figures with forecast from Sir Mervyn King suggesting close to zero as our double dip continues with a statement of "black cloud of uncertainty" output has been flat for two years and recovery very disappointing.
There is unlikely to be a interest rate drop which are currently at a all time low.
