The courts found Mr Asil Nadir the boss of Polly Peck guilty on three counts of stealing millions from
the company.
Nadir left the UK in 1993 to Northern Cyprus but came back
to face trial in 2010.
(PPI) was a FTSE100 company which ceased
trading after the serious fraud office started to investigate into Asil Nadirs
financial affairs.
