Another Rocket Launched by North Korea - 12th December 2012

- Another rocket has been launched by North Korea this time the launched has deemed to be successful. The official line from North Korea was that the rocket was that the rocket was used to put a satellite up, however the international community have condemned the launch saying they suspect it was a test for ballistic long range missiles.

- With trouble mounting in Syria the US has officially recognised the Syrian opposition coalition and President Barack Obama said "it seems them as the legitimate representatives of the Syrian people".

-The report on the murder of Pat Finucane in 1989 a Belfast solicitor is said to be a sham, white wash and not the truth according to Geraldine Finucane the widow of Mr Finucane. The report by Sir Desmond De Silva, did confirm that agents of the state were involved in Pat Finucanes killing and should have been prevented. Mrs Finucane said that the government "had engineered a suppression of the truth".

- Unemployment in the UK has fallen by around 80,000 according to the ONS. The Office for National Statistics and that total pay was up by 1.8% compared to last year at the same time.
