The treasury minister David Gauke said that it was morally wrong to offer tradesmen cash for work in hope of getting a discount.
Graham Hearsey Independent spokes person suggested that Mr Gauke needs to take a long hard look at bankers bonuses and politicians dishonesty before he even remotely starts to point fingers at tradesmen. If he concentrated on their tax avoidance he would start to earn his ministers salary.
