Lloyds to sell 632 branches to Co-Op
Lloyds Bank have set a deal with the Co-Op bank agreeing
terms to sell off 632 of its branches and the G&C in a pricing estimate of
around £750 Million.
The sale has been brought about by a demand by European regulations
following Lloyds purchase of HBOS during the financial crisis.
