Tagged Offenders Break Curfew - 14th June 2012
The system to monitor offenders movement by placing a tag on them has broken down with reports that over half of tagged offenders are breaking the set curfews. A review conducted by her Majesty's inspector of probation has been critical of the way electronic monitoring is being used.
