Claims handlers receiving the same as shelf stackers may not get people queuing up for the job. Perhaps we should start offering baked beans with every policy purchased either way you have to accept that Tesco's have the ready made audience to sell insurance to but surely a decent claims handler is worth considerably more the salary package they are offering if they want to.
