More Troops to Help with Secruity of Olympics - 12 July

After the failer of G4S to have enough staff, that were trained to help with secruity for the Olmypics at all the venues, details and annoucnments by the defence secratary Phillip Hammond, that a further 3500 troops will be deployed to help with secruity in and around the London Olmypic stages. Labours Tessa Jowell stated that there was a serious problem.

Peter Reeves the Prime Suspect in the Killing of PC Ian Dibell is Found Dead - 10th July 2012

Peter Reeve's the prime suspect in the killing of PC Ian Dibell, which was found with head wounds in a churchyeard at Writtle, apparently a hand gun was found by his body.

No one knows for sure what happened on that fatal day of the shooting accept that there could have been a dispute over parking. Mr Barker- McCardle said that inquiries were on going to establish the cause leading up to the shooting.

The war lord Thomas Lubanga was sent to prison and convicted by the International Criminal court the (ICC). He has been sentenced for 14 years because he recruited child soldiers in his rebel army.

The war between different ethnic group in the area North - Eastern Dr Congo is said to have caused the deaths of 60,000 people.

News in Brief - 4th July 2012

- The UK economy is still very sluggish and needs to improve very quickly to compete world wide.

-Banking problems and government debt in Europe is causing real problems with worldwide trading, with many markets, loosing ground.

- London is hotting up for the Olympics with many tourist starting to arrive, however it has been suggested that some pubs and restaurants are profiteering and charging tourists up to £15 for a pint of beer.

Venture Capitalist Make Money out of Children in Care.

You have to say what is wrong with our society with venture capitalist and bankers stopping at nothing to make money for themselves.

But now the lowest form of trading has just come to light where private equity firms are making hue profits from the most vulnerable children in care which can only be allied to the Victorian times where we use children to sweep chimneys, these children have been sent to cares homes for protection and by private equity firms buying into the smaller care homes and fostering services their sums can be making up 500% profit in only 6 years according to the times.

What is worse is the cost cutting that is also going to the point that some children are being moved away from their families to the north of England where the cost of labour and cost of running these are cheaper

It’s a disgrace and these companies should be named and shamed along with the local authorities that use their services.

Barclays Staff Prepare to Resign - 2nd July 2012

The banking crisis deepens in the UK with the scandal on market living, Marcus Agius the chairman of Barclays prepares to resign over the traders manipulating market and keeping customers.

Even for Mervyn King governor of the bank of England faces the possibility of being asked to appear before MP's after it has been suggested but he has encouraged the practice, libor are used to establish the price of borrowing and investments around the world and stay apart insetting the interest bills for millions of mortgage borrowers in Britain.

Referendum on Europe for the UK - 2nd July 2012

The conservative party are looking to David Cameron to promise a referendum on Europe with nearly 100 Tory MPs urging him to pass the law before 2015 so we we can have a referendum on whether we should stay in Europe and let the people decide. He should be taking power back from the restriction of Brussels, although Cameron has indicated that he wants to wait to see how the new Euro zone ends up.

 

Liam Fox the Former Defence Secretary Said that the UK needs to get a lift of the powers it once handed back. Mark Pritchard a known neuroskeptic said in Europe its always jammed tomorrow, and tomorrow may never come.

Graham Hearsey a well known CEO within the insurance industry running his new online international company Business Insurance 247 said its almost time all politicians earn there keep, they need to stop looking at the gap and jump it.
